Rules and Handicaps13 points per team, Maximum 1 coach per rack (2 for team SL-9 or below). Must mark the pocket for 8-ball. Scratch on the break is ball in hand behind the headstring. All First time players entering must be known by league members and League must be able to verify your true ability prior to entering. All non-league member entering cannot enter as an SL lower than 4 (3 for women). Tournament Director Has Final Say |
